Snowfalke-Arizona-Novembre 1975.Mentre tornavano a casa dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro, Travis Walton insieme ad i suoi colleghi videro un oggetto volante che si librava sopra la foresta che costeggiava la strada. Walton decide di scendere da solo dal veicolo e si diresse verso la foresta per capire di cosa si trattasse. Come testimoniato in seguito da lui e dai suoi amici, ad un certo punto un raggio emanato da quell’oggetto investe Walton. I suoi amici, che ormai dopo quella scarica lo pensavano ormai morto carbonizzato, scappano, credendo che se fossero rimasti avrebbero fatto la medesima fine. Si recarono immediatamente dallo sceriffo per raccontare quello a cui avevano assistito. Egli però non credette immediatamente alla loro storia, ipotizzò che l’avessero ucciso e che poi ne avessero occultato il corpo. Ma la storia prende una piega diversa quando dopo cinque giorniv Travis riappare e comincia a raccontare quello che gli era accaduto. Al suo risveglio si trovò disteso su un piano, circondato da entità, che come afferma, somigliavano agli alieni definiti grigi. Travis riferisce che i tentativi fatti per liberarsi da quella situazione furono tali, che questi esseri desistettero dal proseguire i test a cui lo stavano sottoponendo. A questo punto il suo racconto si arricchisce di un ulteriore colpo di scena. Travis si trova di fronte ad altri alieni, questa volta però, li descrive con fattezze umane, simili a quelle dei popoli nordici. Riferisce anche la presenza di altri esseri umani che descriverà in seguito come collaboratori degli alieni. Durante le sue interviste egli insisterà molto sul fatto che per lui quegli esseri non erano malevoli come molti pensano, ammettendo che si sentii particolarmente sicuro con quelli che aveva definito nordici. Dopo questo racconto sia lui che i suoi amici vennero sottoposti più volte a test con la macchina della verità, passandoli tutti in modo positivo. Trevis dichiarerà poi in seguito : <” E’ molto frustrante, ti danno del pazzo, del visionario, del drogato. Non esiste nulla di peggio di chi non ti vuole credere. Si arroccano nelle sciocchezze e nelle ipotesi assurde pur di non accettare che non siamo soli nell’universo. C’è stato anche un tentativo di screditare la vicenda usando tutte le tecniche di propaganda, ma io ho affrontato tutte le teorie e ho dimostrato come tutte fossero sbagliate, a cominciare da chi sosteneva che si trattasse di allucinazioni prodotte dalla droga. No signori ( aggiunge ), sette persone non possono avere la medesima visione.
Snowfalke-Arizona-November 1975. As they returned home after a long day at work, Travis Walton and his colleagues saw a flying object hovering above the forest that skirted the road. Walton decides to get out of the vehicle alone and heads for the forest to find out what it was. As witnessed later by him and his friends, at one point a ray emanating from that object invests Walton. His friends, who by then after that discharge thought he was already burnt dead, fleeing, believing that if they remained they would have done the same purpose. They went immediately to the sheriff to tell what they had witnessed. But he did not immediately believe in their history, he hypothesized that they had killed him and that then they had concealed his body. But the story takes a different turn when, after five days, Travis reappears and begins to recount what happened to him. When he woke up he found himself lying on a floor, surrounded by entities, which, as he says, resembled the gray aliens. Travis reports that the attempts made to free himself from that situation were such that these beings desisted from continuing the tests they were subjecting him to. At this point his story is enriched by a further twist. Travis faces other aliens, but this time he describes them with human features, similar to those of the Nordic peoples. He also reports the presence of other human beings that he will describe later as collaborators of aliens. During his interviews he will insist a great deal on the fact that for him those beings were not as malevolent as many think, admitting that he felt particularly secure with those he had called Nordics. After this story both he and his friends were repeatedly tested with the truth machine, passing them all in a positive way. Then Trevis will later declare: <“It is very frustrating, they give you crazy, visionary, drug addict. There is nothing worse than someone who does not want to believe you. They get stuck in nonsense and absurd hypotheses in order not to accept that we are not alone in the universe. There was also an attempt to discredit the story using all the propaganda techniques, but I dealt with all the theories and showed how they were all wrong, starting with those who claimed that they were hallucinations produced by drugs. No gentlemen (he adds), seven people can not have the same vision.
