Patent No. 4686605 apparatus for altering the Earth’s atmosphere and Shumann resonance
Of the real rivers that flow into the sky, this is the flying rivers, immense masses of water vapor, which are formed in the upper atmosphere.

But we know that science cannot stand still, and so it turns out that in China, a group of scientists wants to artificially recreate this phenomenon.
A noble project, nothing to say, which would help keep Beijing’s water resources, and neighboring provinces, constant.
The procedure would consist in exploiting it by channeling it, the water vapor that covers the skies of the humid western provinces, up to Beijing, and then to direct that mass in the desired direction.
Just a moment, how would it be, to channel the steam to create a mass to direct where you want?
So, you could very well cause massive flooding, where and when you want?
But then, what technology could be used to complete this operation …
Perhaps the answer is found in the US patent No. 4686605, approved on 11 August 1987, by title, method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth’s atmosphere, in the ionosphere and or in the magnetosphere, as it happens just where the flying rivers.
A method and an apparatus for altering at least one selected region that normally exists above the earth’s surface. The region is excited by resonance heating of the electronic cyclotron to thereby increase its density of charged particles. In one embodiment, the circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation is transmitted upwardly in a substantially parallel direction and along a field line extending through the plasma region to be modified. The radiation is transmitted at a frequency that excites the resonance of the electronic cyclotron to heat and accelerate the charged particles. This increase in energy can cause the ionization of neutral particles which are then absorbed as part of the region thus increasing the density of charged particles in the region.
The high-frequency active auroral research project, better known as the HAARP project.
A patent this, which also earned a prize at the Lowrence Livermar National Laboratory, authors of the research, and not a common prize, but even instituted by the CIA and NSA.
The initial $ 26 million HAARP project with an output of 320 kw will employ 360 72-foot antennas spread over four acres to direct an intense beam of focused electromagnetic energy upward to hit the ionosphere. The next phase of the project would extend the power of HAARP to 1.7 gigawatts (1.7 billion watts), making it the most powerful transmitter of its kind on Earth.

A joint effort by the Air Force and the Navy, on a series of active ionospheric experiments.
Internal HAARP documents would indicate that from the point of view of the DOD, ie the Department of Defense, the most exciting and stimulating part of the experiment is its potential to control ionospheric processes for military objectives.
The physicist Dr. Bernard J. Eastlund creator of the project but who essentially as many claim, merely borrowed Tesla’s ideas, declared that his new invention could be used to change the climate, redirecting the wind patterns a lot high.
The invention would in fact use a source of earth energy to create electromagnetic radio waves and then focus them in the atmosphere.
Dr Eastlund states that the invention could direct the flow of wind, but could also be used to interrupt communications all over the world.
Among other things, according to the 1987 patent,
Large regions of the upper atmosphere could be brought to a sudden high altitude, making it possible to change the climate, for example by altering the wind patterns of the upper atmosphere.
In an article in the OMNI magazine dated 3/88 Dr. Eastlund stated:
Essentially what would happen is that a large part of the atmosphere charged with electromagnetic energy from HAARP would be pushed upward and outward from the earth. You can, says Eastlund, lift virtually part of the upper atmosphere.
He also adds that you could construct plumes of atmospheric particles to act as a lens or a focusing device for sunlight. Being able to intensify and control the light, one could heat a specific part of the earth and learn to manipulate local wind patterns. This means that, by controlling local weather patterns, it could lead to rain in Ethiopia or alter the summer storm pattern in the Caribbean.
At this point, however, due to the publicity on these aspects of the Eastlund-Arco patent, the United States government suppressed all further information on the characteristics of meteorological engineering of the invention.
But the project in question would also include seismic engineering
In an interview in February 1912, in the publication The World Today, Nikola Tesla said that it would be possible to divide the planet by combining the vibrations with the correct resonance of the earth itself:
Within a few weeks, I could set the earth’s crust in a state of vibrations such that it rises and falls hundreds of feet, throwing rivers from their beds, destroying buildings or practically destroying civilization.
The Tesla’s Controlled Earthquakes article in the New York American of 11 July 1935 stated:
Tesla’s experiments on the transmission of mechanical vibrations through the earth, defined by him as the art of telegeodynamics, has been described roughly by the scientist as a kind of controlled earthquake.
He has declared:
The rhythmic vibrations pass through the earth almost without loss of energy. It becomes possible to transmit mechanical effects to the largest land distances and produce all kinds of unique effects. The invention could be used with destructive effects in war.
To recognize an event created by such technology, it would be enough to observe the sky.
Flashes and lights, or plasma explosions, or sudden sonic booms would indicate that something abnormal is about to happen.
But it seems that HAARP is not only able to change the climate, cause rain and earthquakes.
As if all this were not enough, the electromagnetic waves emitted would be able to act also on living beings, regulating their state of consciousness, up to modify their state of health.
As it happens this can be explained in this way.
The earth is wrapped in a magnetic field
The circular flow lines continuously descend into the North Pole and emerge from the South Pole.
The ionosphere, a conductor of electromagnetic waves, between 90 and 200 km from the earth, consists of a layer of electrically charged particles that act as a shield against solar winds.
Collectively, these waves are called Schumann resonance, the strongest current at 7.8 Hz. Low-frequency electromagnetic waves called ELF or extremely low frequency,
almost permanent that exist naturally in the electromagnetic cavity of the earth, or the space between the soil and the ionosphere.
These waves that we could define as brain waves of the earth are identical to the spectrum of our brain waves.
It seems that those who created us have designed living beings to resonate with this natural frequency pulsation in order to evolve harmoniously.
HAARP ELF waves, if targeted on certain areas, can alter this resonance.
An imbalance between Schumann and geomagnetic waves could interrupt the biorhythmines of living beings,
There is also a relationship between blood and geomagnetic waves.
To support this technology also the transmitters called GWEN ie Ground Wave Emergency Network, positioned 200 miles away from each other, throughout the United States, and which allow to adapt specific frequencies to the intensity of the geomagnetic field in each area , allowing you to change the magnetic field.
The whole United States is immersed in this magnetic field that rises up to 150 meters, to reach the ground, thus exposing the whole population to these artificial electromagnetic waves.
But not only the United States, even the Soviet Union seems to have this technology.
The researchers identified the transmission site on the duga-3 radar.
A structure 150 meters high, 90 wide and 900 long.
Just the imposing structure that was located near the nuclear generator of the Chernobyl plant, which officially was an anti-missile radar system, but which was identified as something different from amateur radio and radio listeners.
During a certain period in fact the radio frequencies were invaded by what appeared to be the sound of a woodpecker beating on the wood.
Because of this strange sound, it was later baptized as the Russian woodpecker or project woodpecker.
Sound that stopped just the day of the accident at the nuclear power plant, which helped identify the method of transmission, through that very impressive apparatus.
For many researchers, however, that system of such magnitude was not used to provide a missile control, but rather it would have been used as a resonance heating method of the electronic cyclotron used to alter the earth’s magnetic field in order to: change the weather, create or trigger earthquakes and volcanoes, create the phenomenon known as electromagnetic impulse, change the control of population behavior.
Officially, however, this apparatus, including the one in Alaska, has not been active for a long time.
Of course, we cannot discuss this, but to think that after all this research in such a delicate field, everything has simply been abandoned, it seems frankly unreal.
Creating different but smaller plants and arranging them all over the world does not seem to be such a weird hypothesis.
The advanced technology may have even led to a system of emanating waves directly from satellites, and there are thousands of satellites around the earth, we could really say that we know what they all are for.
Furthermore, the waves could be received by the ever-growing network of antennas on earth, allowing them to bounce back to the atmosphere.
This reminds me of what Ighina supported for years, but no one took it seriously, at least not officially.
Of course this is my personal opinion on which we can or cannot agree.
Of course, when we observe unprecedented climatic catastrophes we cannot help thinking, how this could be possible.

Dei veri e propri fiumi che scorrono in cielo, questo sono i fiumi volanti, immense masse di vapore acqueo, che si formano nell’alta atmosfera.
Questi fiumi, si creano principalmente, su la foresta amazzonica, alimentati dalla traspirazione degli alberi, ma si stima che esistano almeno 5 fiumi atmosferici per ogni emisfero terrestre.
Masse così imponenti, in grado di trasportare più acqua dello stesso Rio delle Amazzoni.
Una risorsa naturale, in grado di alimentare, regioni agricole del Brasile Meridionale e dell’Argentina Settentrionale.
Da sottolineare, prima di proseguire, un passaggio importante, e cioè, che tutto questo, avviene in modo naturale.
Ma si sa che la scienza, non può rimanere ferma a guardare, e così, si scopre che in Cina, un gruppo di scienziati, voglia ricreare tale fenomeno in maniera artificiale.
Un progetto nobile, nulla da dire, che aiuterebbe a tenere costanti le risorse idriche di Pechino, e delle provincie vicine.
La procedura consisterebbe nello sfruttare incanalandolo, il vapore acqueo che ricopre i cieli delle umide provincie occidentali, fino a Pechino, per poi per poi direzionare quella massa nella direzione desiderata.
Un attimo, come sarebbe, incanalare il vapore per creare una massa da direzionare dove si vuole?
Allora, si potrebbe benissimo provocare massicce inondazioni, dove e quando si vuole?
Ma allora, quale tecnologia, si potrebbe impiegare, per portare a termine questa operazione…
Forse la risposta si trova nel brevetto degli Stati Uniti n°4686605, approvato l’11 agosto del 1987, da titolo, metodo ed apparato per alterare una regione nell’atmosfera terrestre, nella ionosfera e o nella magnetosfera, guarda caso proprio dove possono formarsi i fiumi volanti.
Un metodo e un apparato per alterare almeno una regione selezionata che normalmente esiste al di sopra della superficie terrestre. La regione è eccitata dal riscaldamento a risonanza del ciclotrone elettronico per aumentare così la sua densità di particelle cariche. In una forma di realizzazione, la radiazione elettromagnetica polarizzata circolarmente viene trasmessa verso l’alto in una direzione sostanzialmente parallela e lungo una linea di campo che si estende attraverso la regione del plasma da modificare. La radiazione viene trasmessa ad una frequenza che eccita la risonanza del ciclotrone elettronico per riscaldare e accelerare le particelle cariche. Questo aumento di energia può causare la ionizzazione di particelle neutre che vengono quindi assorbite come parte della regione aumentando così la densità di particelle cariche della regione.
Il progetto di ricerca aurorale attiva ad alta frequenza, meglio conosciuto, come progetto HAARP.
Un brevetto questo, che valse anche un premio al Lowrence Livermar National Laboratory, autori della ricerca, e non un premio comune, ma instituito addirittura dalla CIA e NSA.
Il progetto iniziale HAARP da 26 milioni di dollari con una potenza di 320 kw impiegherà 360 antenne alte 72 piedi distribuite su quattro acri per dirigere verso l’alto un intenso fascio di energia elettromagnetica focalizzata per colpire la ionosfera. Documenti interni HAARP indicherebbero che dal punto di vista del DOD, ossia del Department of Defense, la parte più eccitante e stimolante dell’esperimento è il suo potenziale di controllo dei processi ionosferici per obiettivi militari.
Il fisico Dr.Bernard J. Eastlund creatore del progetto ma che essenzialmente come molti sostengono,si limitò a prendere in prestito le idee di Tesla, dichiarò che la sua nuova invenzione sarebbe potuta essere utilizzata per cambiare il clima, reindirizzando i modelli di vento molto elevato.
L’invenzione difatti utilizzerebbe una fonte di energia terrestre per creare onde radio elettromagnetiche per poi focalizzarle nell’atmosfera.
Il Dr Eastlund afferma che l’invenzione potrebbe indirizzare il flusso del vento, ma potrebbe anche essere utilizzata per interrompere le comunicazioni in tutto il mondo.
Tra l’altro, secondo il brevetto del 1987,
Grandi regioni dell’atmosfera superiore potrebbero essere portate a un’improvvisa alta quota, facendo ciò, è possibile modificare il clima, ad esempio alterando i modelli di vento dell’atmosfera superiore.
In un articolo della rivista OMNI del 3/88 il Dr. Eastlund affermava:
Essenzialmente ciò che accadrebbe è che una grande parte dell’atmosfera carica di energia elettromagnetica proveniente da HAARP verrebbe spinta verso l’alto e verso l’esterno dalla terra. Puoi, dice Eastlund, sollevare virtualmente parte dell’atmosfera superiore.
Aggiunge inoltre che si potrebbero costruire pennacchi di particelle atmosferiche per agire come una lente o un dispositivo di messa a fuoco per la luce del sole. Potendo intensificare e controllare la luce, si potrebbe riscaldare una parte specifica della terra e imparare a manipolare i modelli di vento locali. Ciò significa che, controllando i modelli meteorologici locali, si potrebbe portare la pioggia in Etiopia o alterare il modello di tempesta estiva nei Caraibi.
A questo punto però, a causa della pubblicità su questi aspetti del brevetto Eastlund-Arco, il governo degli Stati Uniti soppresse tutte le ulteriori notizie sulle caratteristiche di ingegneria meteorologica dell’invenzione.
Ma il progetto in questione prevederebbe anche l’ingegneria sismica
In un’intervista del febbraio 1912, nella pubblicazione The World Today, Nikola Tesla disse che sarebbe stato possibile dividere il pianeta combinando le vibrazioni con la corretta risonanza della terra stessa:
Entro poche settimane, potrei impostare la crosta terrestre in uno stato di vibrazioni tale che si alzi e cada centinaia di piedi, gettando fiumi dai loro letti, distruggendo gli edifici o praticamente distruggere la civiltà.
L’articolo Tesla’s Controlled Earthquakes apparso sul New York American dell’11 luglio 1935 affermava:
Gli esperimenti di Tesla sulla trasmissione delle vibrazioni meccaniche attraverso la terra, da lui definita l’arte della telegeodinamica è stata descritta approssimativamente dallo scienziato come una sorta di terremoto controllato.
Ha dichiarato:
Le vibrazioni ritmiche attraversano la terra quasi senza perdita di energia. Diventa possibile trasmettere effetti meccanici alle più grandi distanze terrestri e produrre tutti i tipi di effetti unici. L’invenzione potrebbe essere utilizzata con effetti distruttivi inguerra.
Per riconoscere un evento creato da tale tecnologia, basterebbe osservare il cielo.
Bagliori e luci, ossia esplosioni di plasma, o improvvisi boom sonici indicherebbero che qualcosa di anomalo sta per accadere.
Ma pare che HAARP non sia solo in grado di cambiare il clima, provocare piogge e terremoti.
Come se tutto ciò non fosse abbastanza, le onde elettromagnetiche emesse sarebbero in grado di agire anche su gli esseri viventi, regolandone lo stato di coscienza, fino a modificarne lo stato di salute.
Come accade ciò si può spiegare in questo modo.
La terra è avvolta in un campo magnetico
Le linee circolari di flusso scendono continuamente nel Polo Nord ed emergono dal Polo Sud.
La ionosfera, un conduttore di onde elettromagnetiche,tra i 90 e i 200 km dalla terra, è costituita da uno strato di particelle cariche elettricamente che agiscono da scudo contro i venti solari.
Collettivamente, queste onde sono chiamate risonanza di Schumann, l’attuale più forte a 7,8 Hz. Onde elettromagnetiche a bassa frequenza dette ELF ossia extremely low frequency, quasi permanenti che esistono naturalmente nella cavità elettromagnetica della terra, ossia lo spazio tra il suolo e la ionosfera.
Queste onde che potremmo definire come onde cerebrali della terra sono identiche allo spettro delle nostre onde cerebrali.
Pare che chi ci ha creato abbia progettato gli esseri viventi per risuonare a questa pulsazione di frequenza naturale al fine di evolversi armoniosamente.
Le onde ELF di HAARP, se mirate su determinate aree, possono alterare questa risonanza.
Uno squilibrio tra Schumann e le onde geomagnetiche potrebbe interrompere i bioritiminegli esseri viventi,
Esiste anche una relazione tra il sangue e le onde geomagnetiche.
A supportare questa tecnologia anche i trasmettitori chiamati GWEN ossia Ground Wave Emergency Network ,posizionati a 200 miglia di distanza l’uno dall’altro, in tutti gli Stati Uniti, e che consentono di adattare frequenze specifiche all’intensità del campo geomagnetico in ciascuna area, consentendo di modificare il campo magnetico.
Gli Stati Uniti interi sono immersi in questo campo magnetico che sale fino a 150 metri ,per arrivare fin sotto terra, esponendo cosi tutta la popolazione a queste onde elettromagnetiche artificiali.
Ma non solo gli Stati Uniti, anche l’unione sovietica pare che potesse vantare tale tecnologia.
I ricercatori individuarono il luogo di trasmissione nel radar duga-3.
Una struttura alta 150 metri, larga 90 e lunga 900.
Proprio l’imponente struttura che si trovava vicino al generatore nucleare della centrale di Chernobyl, che ufficialmente era un sistema radar antimissile, ma che venne identificato come qualcosa di diverso dai radioamatori e radioascoltatori.
Durante un certo periodo difatti le frequenze radio erano invase da quello che sembrava essere il rumore di un picchio che batte sul legno.
Per via di questo strano suono, venne in seguito battezzato come il picchio Russo o project woodpecker.
Suono che smise proprio il giorno dell’incidente alla centrale nucleare, fatto che aiutò a identificare il metodo di trasmissione, tramite proprio quell’imponente apparato.
Per molti ricercatori però quel sistema così imponente non serviva a fornire un controllo missilistico ma bensì sarebbe stato impiegato come un metodo di riscaldamento a risonanza del ciclotrone elettronico utilizzato per alterare il campo magnetico terrestre al fine di: modificare il tempo,creare o innescare terremoti e vulcani,creare il fenomeno noto come impulso elettromagnetico,modificare il controllo del comportamento delle popolazioni.
Ufficialmente però questo apparato, compreso quello in Alaska non sono più attivi da molto tempo.
Certo, su questo non possiamo discutere, ma pensare che dopo tutte queste ricerche in un campo così delicato, tutto sia stato semplicemente abbandonato, sembra francamente irreale.
Creare impianti diversi, ma più piccoli e sistemarli in tutto il mondo, non pare poi un ipotesi così strampalata.
La tecnologia evoluta potrebbe aver portato addirittura ad un sistema di emanazione di onde direttamente da satelliti, e di satelliti intorno alla terra ve ne sono migliaia, potremmo veramente affermare di sapere a cosa servono tutti.
Inoltre, le onde potrebbero essere ricevute dalla sempre sempre più fitta rete di antenne sulla terra, permettendo così a queste di rimbalzare verso l’atmosfera.
Questo mi fa venire in mente quello che Ighina sostenne per anni, senza che però nessuno, almeno ufficialmente, lo prese sul serio.
Naturalmente questa è una mia personale opinione su cui si può o meno concordare.
Certo, quando si osservano catastrofi climatiche senza precedenti non si può fare a meno di pensare, come tutto questo possa essere possibile.
