Un arma elettromagnetica in grado di controllare le menti delle persone sarebbe in possesso di qualcuno senza scrupoli.

Le sue onde opererebbero entrando nella testa delle persone, prendendo così il controllo del sistema nervoso centrale, facendo sentire così a chi ne rimane vittima, suoni e voci non reali, provocandogli anche allucinazioni visive.
L’invio di queste onde elettromagnetiche agirebbe in modo da stimolare i neuroni.
Esperimenti ufficiali atti a questa pratica già esisterebbero e sarebbero utilizzati in alcuni campi di ricerca, naturalmente tenuti sotto stretta osservazione.
Questo tipo di armi, secondo i resoconti, sarebbero state inventate in Russi verso gli anni 50 e da li avrebbero preso poi altre strade.
C’è anche chi sostiene che l’uso di queste armi sarebbe collegato a quelle che vengono definite come scie chimiche, che vaporizzando una serie di materiali, renderebbero l’intera atmosfera terrestre come una grande antenna in grado di raggiungere qualsiasi luogo.
Anche gli strani casi di morte in massa di uccelli e pesci che ultimamente si sono verificate, sarebbero la presunta prova dell’esistenza ed utilizzo di queste armi.
Oltre a questo pare che ci siano parecchie testimonianze dirette sull’uso di tale tecnologia.
