But the ones I’ve just mentioned in reality are phrases taken from a relationship.

A document, which this time, does not come from the usual United States, but rather from France, published with the title COMETA, OVNI AND DEFENSE. What should we prepare for? , he explains, as governments around the world have been studying this phenomenon for some time, even if they do not officially mention it.
Its history begins in 1976, when the French institute of high national defense (IHEDN), chaired by General Blanchard of the national gendarmerie, begins to address the problem of unidentified flying objects.
They are joined by the GEPAN, that is, the study group of unidentified aerospace phenomena, which became SEPRA in 1988, the investigation service for atmospheric re-entry phenomena.

Roswell: the indisputable facts

Summer 1947 – The Roswell base (New Mexico) hosts the only atomic bombers at

June 24 – Observation of 9 OVNI by the American Kenneth Arnold. The news
will be spread throughout the world.
8 July morning, Roswell – The base communicates to local radio stations an information that will do the
around the world: a flying saucer has crashed into a ranch, and the military of the base have
recovered fragments (video).
July 8 afternoon, Fort Worth (Texas) – General Ramey, commander of the 8A
airline, on which the base depends, announces to journalists that, after a careful
examination, the fragments are those of a meteorological balloon. The general presents
fragments that journalists photograph. The business is covered up for more than 30 years.
1978 – Lieutenant Colonel Marcel (ER), “intelligence officer” of the base in 1947, who has
having recovered the fragments, he states on television that they were of origin
extraterrestrial (video). The fragments that General Ramey showed to journalists not
these are the ones Marcel brought back from Roswell.
American ufologists undertake numerous investigations and collect documents
sworn statements (written declarations under oath before the notary) and of
testimonials filmed. Numerous witnesses declare that the military, in July 1947, there

Early 1994 – Congressman Schiff (New Mexico) asks the Department of Defense
(DoD) of clarifications on the matter. Not getting them, ask General Acounting
Office (GAO) an inquiry into the way they were run, especially by the Air Force, i
documents related to the Roswell crash.
September 1994 – The Air Force Secretariat of State publishes a report on Roswell: i
fragments found on the ranch cannot be those of an airplane or a missile; I’m
probably those of an object of the secret project Mogul. General Ramey, per

protecting the secret, has made believe a weather balloon, whose materials (shell e
essentially radar reflectors) are the same. The report truncates sworn testimony
of some witnesses for whom the strange fragments they describe are nothing but i
fragments of the Mogul ball. The report does not mention the carcass and attributes the
“Testimonies in good faith” on the humanoids as a “fog effect”. July
1995 – The GAO report mentions the new version of the Air Force, and declares, a
pag1: “The debate on what really fell in Roswell continues”. It is written on page 2:
“All administrative documents of the base of the period March 1945 – December 1949
were destroyed, and all radio messages sent from the base from October 1946 to February
1949, were destroyed. The document of destruction does not mention since when, by whom and
on the order of whom this destruction was carried out. “The GAO inquiry has not
made virtually no interesting documents concerning the accident of
Roswell, despite requests to numerous institutions (CIA, FBI, DoD, DoE, NSC …).
It also gives a reading key.
All this makes sense if you think that a nation, in this case uses them, would from that moment have had available, information and technology, able to overcome every other country on earth.
I will add that, that sudden technological leap has in fact taken place.
But flipping through this report, you also come across another piece of information.
What would be the propulsion exploited by these objects.
Naturally these hypotheses, even if drafted on the basis of various testimonies, clash against the limits to knowledge for the moment in our possession and incidentally could not work, always according to our knowledge, in the absence of emptiness.
According to studies, to allow an object to move in this way, an electric current must circulate around the object. The object simultaneously emits a magnetic field. According to Laplace’s law, this field exerts a force on the current in which it circulates.

E’ essenziale, permettere agli scienziati di sfruttare le informazioni, prima di lasciare ai media la possibilità di scatenare la curiosità del grande pubblico, che potrebbe condurre, alla sparizione di elementi importanti.
Ammettiamolo, chi è interessato al fenomeno U.F.O. avrà sentito ripetere queste frasi decine di volte.
Frasi che appaiono come luoghi comuni, partorite da chissà chi.
Ma quelle che vi ho appena citato in realtà, sono frasi estrapolate da un rapporto.
IL RAPPORTO COMETA.
Interessante vero…
Un documento, che questa volta, non arriva dai soliti Stati Uniti, ma bensì dalla Francia, pubblicato con il titolo COMETA,GLI OVNI E LA DIFESA A cosa ci dobbiamo preparare ? ,spiega, come i governi di tutto il mondo, stiano da tempo studiando tale fenomeno, anche se ufficialmente non ne fanno menzione.
La sua storia comincia nel 1976, quando L’istituto di alti studi per la difesa nazionale (IHEDN) francese, presieduta dal generale Blanchard della gendarmeria nazionale, comincia ad affrontare il problema degli oggetti volanti non identificati.
A loro si affianca il GEPAN, ossia , il gruppo di studio dei fenomeni aereospaziali non identificati, divenuto nel 1988 SEPRA, il servizio di investigazione dei fenomeni di rientro atmosferico.
Dopo aver condotto vari studi ed aver raccolto molte testimonianze tra i piloti, civili e militari, insieme a quelle che arrivavano da ogni parte del mondo, le associazioni riunite decidono di redigere un rapporto.
In questo documento, naturalmente non ci si sbilancia nell’affermare l’esistenza di una razza aliena, come facilmente prevedibile, ma il suo contenuto non lascia veramente troppo spazio all’immaginazione.
Sembra proprio che nella sua stesura si sia fatta una gran fatica a mantenere un tono neutrale.
Un’altra parte recita ad esempio in questo modo :
Una coerenza relativa risalta dalle numerose descrizioni dei vari fenomeni: in esse si citano sempre, dischi, sfere o cilindri luminosi in volo stazionario, seguito da accellerazioni folgoranti, assenza di rumore, velocità largamente supersonica senza bang sonoro. In più tutti questi sono sempre associati ad effetti elettromagnetici, che disturbano il funzionamento dei dispositivi radioelettrici ed elettrici che si trovano in prossimità di tali fenomeni.
EVIDENTEMENTE, questi extraterrestri, sarebbero intellettualmente ed tecnologicamente avanti a noi, per aver saputo realizzare ciò che noi non sappiamo ancora fare. Ma il resto, come, la loro morfologia, costituzione fisica, tipo di vita, forma di comunicazione e società, senso dei valori, nozione del tempo e motivazioni varie, rimangono misteriose.
Ma questo rapporto è veramente interessante è pieno di informazioni.
Tra queste troviamo il riferimento a Roswell.
Roswell: i fatti indiscutibili
La parentesi (video) indica che testimonianze video sono disponibili.
Estate 1947 – La base di Roswell (Nuovo Messico) ospita gli unici bombardieri atomici al
mondo. I bombardieri sono ancora ad elica.
24 Giugno – Osservazione di 9 OVNI da parte dell’americano Kenneth Arnold. La notizia
sarà diffusa nel mondo intero.
8 Luglio mattina, Roswell – La base comunica alle radio locali un informazione che farà il
giro del mondo: un disco volante si é schiantato in un ranch, ed i militari della base hanno
recuperato i frammenti (video).
8 Luglio pomeriggio, Fort Worth (Texas) – Il generale Ramey, comandante della 8A
compagnia aerea, da cui dipende la base, annuncia ai giornalisti che, dopo un attento
esame, i frammenti sono quelli di un pallone meteorologico. Il generale presenta i
frammenti che i giornalisti fotografano. L’affare é insabbiato per più di 30 anni.
1978 – Il tenente colonnello Marcel (ER), “intelligence officer” della base nel 1947, che ha
recuperato i frammenti , dichiara alla televisione che questi ultimi erano di origine
extraterrestre (video). I frammenti che il generale Ramey ha mostrato ai giornalisti non
sono quelli che Marcel ha riportato da Roswell.
Gli ufologi americani intraprendono numerose inchieste e raccolgono delle
dichiarazioni giurate (dichiarazioni scritte sotto giuramento dinanzi al notaio) e delle
testimonianze filmate. Numerosi testimoni dichiarano che i militari, nel luglio 1947, li
hanno minacciati di morte nel caso avessero parlato (video). Secondo certe
testimonianze, ad una certa distanza dal campo dei frammenti, i militari avrebbero trovato
una specie di carcassa di aliante spaziale e cadaveri di piccoli umanoidi (video).
1991 – Il generale Dubose (CR), capo di stato maggiore del generale Ramey nel 1947,
conferma con una testimonianza giurata che quest’ultimo ha sostituito i frammenti
trasmessi dalla base di Roswell con quelli di un pallone meteo, che ha poi mostrato ai
giornalisti.
Inizio 1994 – Il deputato Schiff (Nuovo Messico) chiede al Dipartimento della Difesa
(DoD) dei chiarimenti sulla questione. Non ottenendoli, chiede al General Acounting
Office (GAO) un’inchiesta sul modo in cui furono gestiti, dall’Air Force specialmente, i
documenti relativi al crash di Roswell.
Settembre 1994 – La Segreteria di Stato dell’Air Force, pubblica un rapporto su Roswell: i
frammenti trovati nel ranch non possono essere quelli di un aereo o di un missile; sono
probabilmente quelli di un oggetto del progetto segreto Mogul. Il generale Ramey, per

proteggere il segreto, ha fatto credere ad un pallone meteo, i cui materiali (involucro e
riflettori radar essenzialmente) sono gli stessi. Il rapporto tronca le testimonianze giurate
di alcuni testimoni per i quali gli strani frammenti che essi descrivono non sono altro che i
frammenti del pallone Mogul. Il rapporto non menziona la carcassa ed attribuisce le
“testimonianze in buona fede” sugli umanoidi come ad un “effetto della nebbia”.Luglio
1995 – Il rapporto del GAO menziona la nuova versione dell’Air Force, e dichiara, a
pag1:“Il dibattito su cosa é realmente caduto a Roswell continua”. E’ scritto a pagina 2:
“Tutti i documenti amministrativi della base del periodo marzo 1945 – dicembre 1949
sono stati distrutti, e tutti i messaggi radio inviati dalla base dall’ottobre 1946 al febbraio
1949, sono stati distrutti. Il documento di distruzione non menziona da quando, da chi e
su ordine di chi questa distruzione é stata effettuata.” L’inchiesta del GAO non ha
apportato praticamente nessun documento interessante concernente l’incidente di
Roswell, malgrado le richieste a numerose istituzioni (CIA, FBI, DoD, DoE, NSC…).
Se ne da anche una chiave di lettura.
Tutto questo appare sensato se si pensa che una nazione, in questo caso gli usa, avrebbero da quel momento avuto a disposizione, informazioni e tecnologia, in grado di superare ogni altro paese sulla terra.
Questo lo aggiungo io, quel balzo tecnologico improvviso è di fatti avvenuto.
Ma sfogliando questo rapporto, ci si imbatte anche in un’altra informazione.
Quale sarebbe la propulsione sfruttata da questi oggetti.
Naturalmente tali ipotesi se pur stilata in base alle varie testimonianze, si scontrano contro i limite alle conoscenze per il momento in nostro possesso e per inciso non potrebbe funzionare, sempre secondo le nostre conoscenze, in assenza di vuoto.
Secondo gli studi, per permettere ad un oggetto di spostarsi in questo modo, bisogna fa circolare nell’ambiente intorno all’oggetto una corrente elettrica. L’oggetto contemporaneamente emette un campo magnetico. Secondo la legge di Laplace, questo campo va ad esercitare una forza sulla corrente in cui circola.
A questo punto permettetemi un breve excursus.
Proprio due settimane fa, ho parlato del disco di scisto, un oggetto prima indicato come lampada porta olio, retrocesso in seguito a semplice vassoio, che sappiamo oggi custodito, grazie al ricercatore Roberto Gatti, che saluto e ringrazio per le informazioni condivise, ed i cui commenti potete trovare sotto i video nel canale, nel museo del Cairo in Egitto.
Un disco che in realtà sarebbe un volano per la produzione di energia elettrica ed elettromagnetica, datato a più di 5000 anni fa, con cui anche gli scienziati moderni ammettono, sia un possibile mezzo di propulsione per gli U.F.O.
